Fresh and Juicy

Healthy, juicy and delicious tropical treat you can easily make at home to refresh yourself. This ice tea recipe is made using our delicious Sweet Mango Green tea and fresh mango. Full of antioxidants and flavors! 💦

Recipe adapted from Nourished Simply

Ingredients

2 cups water

4 teaspoons of Sweet Mango Green tea 

1 mango

Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar to your taste

 

How To 

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil

Let hot water cool down for 5 minutes after boiling and add 4 teaspoons (or 2 tea bags) of Sweet Mango Green tea. Steep for 4 minutes

Let tea cool to room temperature or place into the refrigerator to chill

Meanwhile, peel and slice the mango

Place mango slices into a food processor with 1 tablespoon of water and blend until pureed

Add mango and simple syrup into tea and stir to combine, strain the fruit pieces with a fine strainer

Refrigerated few hours or/and serve over ice!
